TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Immediate response at short time
- Annually 4 Services on quarterly basis, that we remind you on call.
- If Air-conditioner is not working we do repair and undertake AMC/CMC Contract, (Repairing Cost Chargeable)
- Any change of address and Re-Shifting the Air-conditioner must be notified by the customer in advance.
- The Company will not be liable for corrosive materials that may have lost their strength due to use or age. (Like Plastic Items and Sheet metals)
- Charges will be levied to repair repairs caused by natural disasters such as floods, lightning and earthquakes
- Acceptance / Renewal of AMC after expiry of the contract shall be at the discretion of the company.
- In Case the Customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract period, there shall be no refund of the ,charges for unexpired period

- 100% Payment in Advance
- Contract active Up to one year From the Date of Payment
- All disputes are subject to Panchkula Jurisdiction
